Sandu Liviu Catalin	f27a195b6f	Fixed the INI compilation on Linux by reverting to the original library. ... Fixed an infinite loop in the parsing of command specification strings. Implemented a gentle release of functions to not release them if the reference count is 1. Adjusted the Routine and Command system to not be necessary to include them in the module core.
